Camera Firmware Modification

Hello, I purchased a HD camcorder called the Kodac zi6 about a year ago. Since then, a new camera came out with a bunch of new features called the zi8. The hardware is basicly the same, other than the lens and a few options. I fooled around in the HEX of the latest zi6 firmware .bin and it shows a lot of the zi8's features, but disabled. I wanted to hire a coder to enable those features and possibly intergrate new ones that would help improve the camera.
