The Idea is that it won't look like a blog, it will look like an article database.? PHP and MYSQL is a MUST!!!? Coder must know how to display recent forum posts on the right side bar also like on [[login to view URL]][1].? You will also implement google ads were I say in the site.? Must also have basic logo design skills to make something simple for the header of my site. ## Deliverables I do not want visitors to have any impression that this is a blog.? they should think it is an article database with a forum.
