Admin System for multiple Vendor Access that integrates with an iphone App

Hi there, I have an already developed location based iphone application that I require a backend admin site and functionality for vendors who will be logging into this admin area to perform certain tasks. The purpose of the back end admin site is to allow shop owners who pay to be on the iphone app to create and manage premium pages for their shops which will allow them to advertise their locations, open hours, logo, push notifications, specials (and specials images) and inventory on the app. On the map view in the app premium members have a customised pin that stands out from non-paying shops. In the list view in the app, premium members are hi-lighted in yellow and have a space for a logo next to their name. Three types of logins to the admin site are required: 1. Master logins for employees of the actual app that allows them universal access to every shop on the admin site and access to make any possible changes at all to the shops on the admin site. 2. Super Admin logins for Franchise owners of multiple stores. The Super Admin login will allow franchise owners to choose how many stores their changes to inventory, specials, logos, pricing, push notifications etc. will be applied to. E.g. Franchise owner has 8 shops on app, and there is a special that will be available at 5 of their 8 shops, he will be able to see all his shops and select the 5 shops the special will be available at, leaving the other 3 unaffected. Similarly he can select all shops and apply a special or open hours, logo change etc to them, or deselect all of them or if a mistake has been made. If at a later date this special was to be available at 1 or more of the remaining shops, he would then be able to log back in and select those shops to apply it to them. This type of control is to be applied across the board to anything that can be changed on the admin site e.g open hours, push notifications, logo, inventory etc. 3. Standard logins for Franchise managers of a single store, where any changes made will only affect their one shop. We are also wanting to provide premium members with analytics and have set up a flurry account and would potentially be interested in integrating access to analytics into the admin site in the future, depending on cost. Based on all of this info I require a quote on how much this would cost to create, integrate with the iphone location based app and upload / set-up on our AWS account. This will require syncing with google maps as it is a location based app. We are looking for a cost effective solution and please list all experience especially relevant experience. We require a quote for the whole job to be completed and please also list options for ongoing maintenance of the system on a "pay as required" basis moving forward.
