Cocoa/Web Developer Needed

Looking for a developer skilled in both Cocoa and Web development technologies such as PHP and/or Ruby and MySQL to develop a search agent platform. The web portion of the platform would contain user registrations and would allow the user to store search queries in an account. A cron job would periodically run the search agent and store/present results to the user. Results can then be polled by a Cocoa platform that would run minimized in a Mac menu bar, displaying Growl notifications. Polling agent may also be developed in Adobe AIR. However, Growl access is required.
