Basic modifications to my customized Wordpress theme (WP, PHP)

I have a customized WP theme which serves as the landing page for my new company, "Basta". This company sells high-end womens' fashion products. The site has been developed using a customized theme (Century21 as a base), with content links leading the customer to either a secondary blog page, or to a BigCommerce shopping platform. This site is not yet live, although the landing page is 98% complete, with only minor changes left. The theme was customized by a firm I employed directly. Although I can edit the code myself, I currently don't have the time to implement some of the basic changes necessary before go-live. I am looking for someone who has good PHP skills and has a background in WP functionality. BigCommerce experience is a plus. I have a list of changes I would like to make, and would like to pay you on an hourly basis to implement my change requests. (Example: "Place jquery slider in container bottomRight", "enhance WP page editor to allow quick image changes" ). Your suggestions and creative input are appreciated. This is likely to lead to an ongoing arrangement, as the site will evolve over time. I require that all changes are documented in detail so that I maintain a knowledge of "where things are and how they work". (Comments in the code are required.) Coding must follow accepted standards, with proper css, php, and WP codex protocols properly used. I prefer someone available in the US, or at least on a US-compatible time (EST).
