Bug fix : Php responder...(repost)

PHP based autoresponder script needs the bugs fixed in the repeating of email messages functionality. Currently the set scheduling of repeated messages does not work correctly - email messages are sometimes sent in the wrong times (every one minute) instead of the set times in the script. Sometimes the sequence of emails starts correctly at pre-set intervals and then in the middle of the sequence breaks and starts sending every minute. This indicates to me thet the problem could be with the logic of the way messages are cued. The script is run by crontab. You will be given the relevant files that create the scheduling and send the scheduled messages and be also given access to phpmyadmin on the server, so you can see and test the database operation. Downloading of the ENTIRE script is not permitted from my server, you will be given relevant files in the attachment here when the project begins. Access to the files on the server (only direct access to the live database will be given) will not e given, so please do not ask. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
