customized wordpress theme + tweak plugins

this job will be easy for anyone who has done customized wordpress theme based on version 2.2. (widget ready) What i need is: 1) customized header graphics. I will provide you a some photos and you basically do a artistic montage with them 2) nice graphics wordpress theme (music theme), will be 3 columns, full size. that is left and right sidebars and the middle colunmn will be the blog post pages. it has to be compatible to existing readily widgets and plugins 3) Widgets or plugin needed: a) customized and install these plugins to my requirements; -- a good star ratings plugin on each blog post (there will be 3 (or 4) rating criterias, using STARS as the graphic) -- a good polling plugins/widget -- related post plugin b) adsense on header, and the 2 sidebars 4) FOR YOU INFO ONLY. the below plugins will be used. you need not do anything, but you need to make sure those plugin do not conflict with your customized themes a) ShortStat b) Popularity contest c) sociable d) google analytics e) Category order f) jeromes keyword g) BUY me a beer h) Anarchy media and i) Adsense deluxe --------------- -- You need to have created previous wordpress themes in order to bid -- post your portfolio --- MY budget is $75 to $150 ---ASK questions if you are not sure about the job scope or need clarifcation
