Affiliate Script using PHP & MYsql

Dear vWorker, I need a simple affiliate script with these features: **Affiliate membership page:** Affiliate can tracks their statistics. -Hits to their affiliate links -Orders through their links (username, first name&lastname, kota, email phonenumber, status active/not active) -Earning report (orders that have been activated by admin) -Payment report (just a simple report that shows monthly payment report information with date of payment and the amount of payment, the admin will pay the affiliate monthly so through the admin panel I can summarize how much each of my affiliates have earned monthly, also with their bank acc information, so whenever I've paid them, I will change their stat for the given month from not paid into paid, after I've changed the status, it will automatically send an email to my affiliates that they have been paid for an amount of X on the date of X) The link url shoudl be the same as [login to view URL] Please bid your price.
