Amazon FBA Order Tracking

We need someone to write a software package that will watch for new Amazon FBA orders and record them to our table. The data we need it to record includes the Order Id, Amazon Sku, ASIN, Quantity and Order ItemID; these items should be stored into to the table. When the script is running, it can check to see if the OrderID # exists, if it does, skip it, otherwise do an insert. We need this software rather quickly and only want it to record orders that Amazon has ful-filled, not orders that are ful-filled in our facility. We have a deadline and would like the script completed as soon as possible, without delay. Thanks!
