Apache Rewrite ( permalinks ) - Help Needed - Only Experts

I have a website, with php files. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I want to make htaccess rewrite and / or php file to make this : When accessing / , should be accessed the index. When accessing URL/users => [login to view URL] When accessing URL/something , URL/something_else => [login to view URL] When accessing URL/test => [login to view URL] The main idea is to access the corresponding file, but some access links i want to redirect them in the same file. The user shoud see the SEO link , not the php link. Please do not bid if you don't know what to do. Spammers will be reported. please don't give me list of projects, portofolio, etc, this is a 5 minutes job. Thanks.
