Auction/Lottery Software for website - repost

Hi, wondering how much anyone would charge for a piece of software that could be implemented into my shoe selling website. It'd basically be a lottery software, where I can easily upload a picture of an item, and users can buy tickets for 10$ each. The time of the lottery should be settable, as well as the price, picture, and ticket cost, and max amount of tickets per person. I'd need it done within 2 weeks. If done correctly, and efficiently, I will offer many more projects.
