Build a Coupon App

I need a coupon app that will be able to Create Offers, Issue Coupons, Request Redemption, Approve Redemption, & Access reporting. This app will need to integrate on social media and have different users with specified roles and permissions. Each coupon will need to have an auto generated code that can be verified by the app. It should also collect the customer's data (email address, account # etc) I need this app developed by the end of this year.
