CAT (computer assisted translation) tool project - repost

Hello, I am a grad student in need of a GWT programmer! I started a project in GWT but it's taking too long because I am not familiar enough with GWT. The program assists translators to translate more accurately by helping translators to organize their source text (e.g. Japanese) and target text (e.g. English) and to identify matching and similar texts. Very basically, there are two text areas, one with a source text and the other where the user types and edits the translation. The program displays various visual cues when appropriate, and allows the programmer to do certain markup operations on both the source text and the target text. My MA thesis involves testing this program on students to collect statistical data and see if the program improved translations or not. Testing must be done in about 4-5 weeks from now!
