Convert CakePHP / Java site to Standard PHP / Java(repost)

Hello, we have a site/web application which uses PHP on the CakePHP framework. We need someone who is an expert in Java, PHP and CakePHP as we would like this to run using Java and PHP. The application is built using CakePHP for the front office which lets users configure their campaigns/companies, the back-office is written in JAVA and hosted on another server. The database is accessed by both front and back offices. ## Deliverables There is : - a database (we can proviode the schema) - a front office (CakePHP) that stores/reads data from this database - a backoffice (Java) that stores/reads data from this same database There is no connection between the front office and the back office : - the front office updates the database - when the backoffice (java server) receives a request by sms, it reads the database
