Create single ASP webpage Template

Hi, We are looking for someone who is very Dreamweaver functional, as that is what we use to manage our websites. We are looking for someone to create a "Home" page only based on our list of criteria. 1) The format will be ASP with one "flash" incorporated into the header area. ( you must also know flash) 2) Its appearance will be based upon our color scheme and existing logo for our other sites, incorporated into a couple of sample designs (other sites we like). 3) All of our existing sites (100+) are using older html; we are looking for a design based on ASP to give a cleaner appearance. 4) There will be 40 outgoing internal links to other pages within the website, but these pages do not have to be created -we will create them based upon the "template" you create for the single home page. 5) There will be a vertical scrolling of text with our customers names. Each refresh will also bring up a "New" customer testimonial and list to a list of them. It will also incorporate a horizontal scrolling which will show a list of recent press releases -clicking with bring them to our Press release page (examples of each are in the sample sites). 6) The page should be loaded into a one of our domains -which can also be used for adjustments. 7) We expect some back and forth adjusting, but our example sites are pretty clear in what we want. This should not be a difficult task for someone who knows what they are doing. I hope this helps. Thanks Steve
