CrowdVox Script Small Customization

I have a crowdvox review script. I want to make one small change to it. Currently when a restaurant is reviewed it shows a thumbs up rating. I want to change it so that if it is 2 thumbs or below it shows the image as a thumbs down image and if it is above 2 thumbs then all thumbs are up. So for example if the restaurant is rated a 1, then it would be ONE thumbs DOWN. If the restaurant is rated a 3 then it is THREE thumbs UP. Also, when you hover over a rating right now it will say: Editor Rating 5.0 (equivalent to the number of thumbs up or down). I want to name each rating. For example: if it is ONE THUMBS DOWN, I want the name to be displayed as "Don't bother going there" vs. 1.0. This should be a VERY easy project for an experienced PHP programmer.
