Custom Programming on Existing Wordpress Membership Website with Forum

This project is on a very tight deadline. It is fixing what a previous programmer was not able to get produce by the original deadline. It is an EMERGENCY project for this reason: the deadline must be met or I will not release funds. I cannot adjust the deadline. Serious bids only please. I have a live Wordpress site with a forum. The forum is currently being installed, and will match the rest of the site. The site is live now, but there will be slight adjustments in the design taking place over next two days. I need to integrate several sections that will be custom coded into this Wordpress site. This is where a programmer is needed. Each member has its own profile page and can post on their profile page and their member group page ("Virtual Board Room"). Other members can comment on his/her posts. The "Virtual Board Room" is simply a page that only certain members of the website can access, like a "meeting place" for those selected members, so they have an area that only the group members interact within. There will be many Virtual Board Rooms, one for each group. Likely 20-30 groups, with a main page that lists and links to each Virtual Board Room page. One very important feature is having an area in the private group page (called "Virtual Board Room") where members can rank other members in the private group (called a "Ranking Number"). Members will rank other group members on a scale of 1-100. I need to have a text field where a number 1-100 can be entered by a member--and that entered number needs to show up next to the member's name and avatar. This means that members can rank other members with a number, and that number is publicly viewed on the site anytime you see the member name and avatar. If you have a better solution for making this happen, please let me know. (The idea is that members can rank one another, and be publicly acknowledged for this number so they can work on improving numbers if they are low.) From admin panel the administrator needs to be able to control the permissions of members to select members for private groups. It is similar to a forum functionality, but some extra features. It would look similar to the attached PDFs. There will be a page showing all members names/avatars/ranking numbers and linking to each member's profile page. The individual Member Profile page will show the member's Ranking Number, and have several text areas for members to post different text (like "Name", "Project Description", "Weekly Goals") and every post is archived so you can see all posts made from the beginning. There will be an area for members to receive comments from others at the bottom. Member Profile page will be accessible by that member to read/write; all others can only view.
