Device that downloads stats from internet poker client

Hi I am trying to build up a database of publicly available statistics from a poker website but I have to manually copy information from the client and enter a code into another part of the client. I want this to be done automatically. It's really just a series of steps that runs on a loop. The website is pokerstars and when you download their free client you can observe poker games and email hand details from any tournament to your email address. From there I can aggregate it easily enough but I need something (not sure what such a device is called) that can do this for me. PLEASE SEE DOCUMENT ATTACHED WITH SCREENSHOTS
