Add ip address (not from host)

1. I can give you the problem and maybe you can have a solution ?? Problem: 1. I have a dedicated server i just purchased, but need to add 3 ip addresses to the server 2. But the 3 new ips addresses need to display a different geo location than where the server is located.. I don't know if this is possible but would need this done if so
