Darwin streaming server setup with Live IP Camera Streams

I have a Darwin streaming server running on Linux. Also I have a Panasonic IP Camera (BL-C101a) that does support RTSP. I need to create a system/setup server that way so I can stream that camera in Unicast mode (camera is installed on LAN with regular home cable internet connection) to the server (collocation/cloud server hosting) and stream it from the server in Multicast mode (to any user over the internet). And I need to have an option to connect more of those cameras to the same server. It would be also great to have some kind of UI to create a new camera connections (for Panasonic camera or some other camera brand). But for right now I just need a working server that I can use to stream those cameras in Multicast. But quite a lot work a little bit down the road. I would like to hear from people who does have experience with the DSS.
