Backend set up for buy/sell site..

I am looking to create a backend for a site. The backend should easily allow people to buy and sell items without too much involvement of an admin. Meaning they sign in, upload their items and sign in to remove them if they are sold.. Visitors would be able to view the items for free, but when it comes to getting contact info they would have to sign up and pay a monthly membership fee.. I have separate Membership site software that I would want installed and we can arrange all payments through this membership script that I already own.. it will be able to handle all sorts of different arrangements.. will get more specific in deliverables.. Preference would go to someone who could also help with the look and feel of the site - nothing special right now!! just need a little bit of a logo and a frame with which to place this database.. ## Deliverables This is for a site where people can buy/sell 2nd hand items need a simple to operate system that allows visitors to 1) join for free 2) Place their items for sale for free. They should be able to select categories, and then subcategories for uploading into a specific area, location, price, condition, pictures, age, comments, etc. 3) upload pictures 4) go back in to remove their items if they have been sold. 5) Should have search capabilities as well as selecting items by added last, or by price, subject, location, etc.. 6) Should have some other features where they select a date that it is for sale until x date and then a week before that date, they will get an email to update if the item is still for sale or not. 7) Allows anyone to choose items that they are looking for, and will email them when an item they are searching for has been uploaded to the system. Then they have to come to the site to see the items. They should be able to disable this feature if they dont need the item anymore. 8) Sellers should be able to have multiple contact info if they want under the same username.. so if we choose to sell items for other individuals, we can provide different contact details 8) Allows all visitors to view the items, including pictures for sale, but does NOT allow the contact information to be given out unless a member. 9) Backend Admin to delete items if sellers never do, and whatever other features a admin needs to have.. :) Now about being a paying member: I have a membership site script that can be used. It is fully featured with paying options, so I would want you to: 1) Install the script. 2) help with getting the membership options set up. 3) be able to set it up so that when someone wants contact information for a seller, it prompts a form to sign up to the membership. 4) Just integrate the membership script to the best of its ability with the free membership to simplify the work for you.. I am happy to show you the specs on the membership script so you can see which areas are already covered.. BOTTOM LINE - everything should be free, but people will have to sign up for a few things.. as I said, like being notified if an item they want comes in (a wish list), if an item is about to expire, if they want to sell items so they can have delete them, and upload pictures,.. the only sign up that is separate would be when someone wants the information on how to contact a seller. If it wont add too much to the price, would like to get a seller feedback rating, so buyers can go in and offer feedback for them.
