Customer Care

You are bidding on a 10 hours of customer care. I need a reliable individual for a long term relationship. This person will handle part of the customer care/support for a business directory website. We get 2-3 different requests per day to edit company information or some other general questions. We need someone to handle these and be responsible for customer satisfaction. The job will consist of the following general scrript: 1- You will get an e-mail address with our company. 2- We will forward you the e-mails that need to be handled. 3- You will answer the e-mails depending on what they ask for. You will have access to a document describing what you should do for every case possible. If you do not the answer to a request you will ask me and I will teach you. 4- Somtimes the e-mails will ask you to edit some information in our database. We will give you access to this database through a website. ## Deliverables 1- 10 hours of Quality customer care with attention to details. 2- Answers to e-mails from clients following a script. 3- Changes to our database and other similar tasks as a result of requests by e-mails. ## Platform E-mail and Web
