Antic shop - Inventory, Customer, Vendor database

Manage inventory database, including photos of the articles Manage multiples warehouses/shops with movements between them. Manage customer database (CRM functionalities) Manage vendor database (asociate with articles). Manage invoice database. Create flexible invoices. Be able to send invoices via integrated email Be able to set pricing per customer. Remote administration of program for patches and fixes. Create customized reports. Export/upload inventory data to ecommerce site (like oscommerce). Bar code integration & printing, labeling design. Shipping information and tracking. The installation HAS to be very user-friendly and VERY easy to use and learn. It also has to be easily to change/add a different language. This is not all it will have to do, I am sure there will be some changes along the development stages. I will expect daily progress reports and samples to make sure the project doesn’t go in the wrong direction. I will also expect Database Design Diagrams and modeling. The internal variables, database structure, comments MUST be in English. I pretend a real foolproof/userproof stable program with the minimum installation process, very "visual" (If all the program is on an "single old style" exe file it will be really considered) because the final user is an old person. The database preferably will be a standby one like firebird. After a bid is accepted, you will have multiple ways of communication with me. My availability will be about 12-15 hours daily. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
