Automate send Email one by one

"This project is in full complains with all US laws including CAN-SPAM" **** WE use clerk to send mail by mail to clients! We need to automate the process the folowing way! Program must be simple and when start used predefined Excell file. Take data from file, only one data and send it on the way it open Outlook Express with filled data. Automatically fire sending data. When send delay sending of next data for x seconds (predefined value x). Repeat proces for n times (n is value defined - at the start of program (variable), default value should be there and default is 50 mails) In Excell file send miles should be tagged as Sent items, not to repeat send same text to same clients again. So when you stop sending e-mails after 50 (or 75 if n is set as 75), you write to excell files with note SENT and next time you start sending after the row which is taged as SENT! (Or this in case taht program interuptde, Fe broken dial up connection to web so sending stoped) Exaple today you send 50 emails, tommorow next 75 etc...with same text in body. Each Email is customized with client name and surname, clinet co name and address as well the Mrs/Ms title. If no name of client then just jump to next field. Body with text is same for all clients so it MUST be in only one cell, not in all rows or could be in separate file! Description is more complicated then concept as you need only one loop and take data row by row from Excell so task is simple to be done for experienced coder! If would be nice to have some response that Email is red by client so if you have solution for this problem it will be advantage in wining this bid!
