Clinic Management System

Hello Coders, I want to get a Clinic Management System made in VB.Net. This will be an independent WindowsForms app, which should have MS Access as the back-end database. The application should have enough features to serve the complete requirements of small clinics and nursing homes. You will have to do some research on the features spec yourself using some existing products as a model (we can discuss the specs). Here are some features that I need 1. Allow the patient to register at the Entry point. Record his details like Name, age, sex, address, etc. If the record of the patient already exists then fetch it from the databse. 2. According to the patients needs either print a Doctor's appointment slip, or if the patient has come in to get a test done, then print a test requisition slip. Also allow to print a receipt for the consultancy, or the test charges. 3. Allow feeding of the diagnosis and medication recommended. 4. Allow scheduling of future appointments. -- It should have basic facility for Billing (for prescriptions, and consultancy, and pre-fed prices are to be retrieved from the database.) -- If a patient re-visits, the doctor should be able to view important pre-fed data like Medical history, allergies, etc. There will be a number of reports. I want a very good interface with nice buttons and graphics. Only those who are confident should bid please. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win98 + I need the entire source code written in VB.Net, with the Source files of any and all graphics used.
