Convert Access form to VB 6.0 Part 2

I have? an Access 97 form that has to be converted to VB 6.0. The attached mdb has? 3 forms to be converted. There is main form called Work Order Form? and it has? 2 subforms. Some how the 2 subforms have to worked into the Main form. You will notice on the WO Details Subform there is check box. It must be enabled. If you are using a data control use the plain? ADO Data control. ? The data for these forms have been included so you can actually open the form to see how it works. I am not looking for a program here, I only want the forms converted so I can bring it into my VB 6.0 project. The forms? must be connected to the Access data provided. Please indicate how you would complete the conversion.
