Decryption Application(repost)

I receive a lot of encrypted emails daily. I need an application that will ? automate the decryption process. ? The? Application should do the following? 1)? ? ? ? ? ? Email attachment saved to a folder (Done Manually) 2)? ? ? ? ? ? VB app or VB Script app will be scheduled to run or manually run and will detect the file and apply the correct password and decrypt the file to another folder. The file names and passwords should be read from a text file to enable easy modification 3)? ? ? ? ? ? A batch file will be started to transfer the decrypted file (Already in place) ? I will supply the encryption/decryption software to the winning bidder. The application is called Private file I will also supply and private file server which can be called from the application
