clickonce deployment problem with .net winforms app

hello. i am deplying a winforms app 3.5 application using clickonce. the problem is that when i try to install app from remote computer i get the folliwng message. ''The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable.'' (see attcahed file for detail log file) From my local network it installs fine. also my http server is conigured correctly i assume because i can view correctly other html files from remote pcs. so i am thinking it is an error from the clickonce software. I need developer with good knowledge of clickonce deployment. I will give developer access to my pc through teamviewer to troubleshoot this issue.
