API Programing with webdesign

Hi Programmers/Designers, I need a site developed which should look like and act like : Yep*Text*.com (without *). I will need it in Dutch (design can be in English but make a language file which I can translate to get it in dutch). I have a ready made API which the site should be designed on. Please Study Yep*Text*.com carefully I need ALL OPTIONS. I will have full rights over everything you will design / make for this site. You may NOT resell the layout / logo / plugins or anything like that. Please add your portfolio so I can look at your previous work. The design should be Search Engine Optimized. I might add some things so keep that in mind. Just to prevent all the automatic responses if you want me to actually look at your offer include Yep in the beginning of your reply.
