Adult Site Clone with CMS/TGP/Membership

Hello, Looking to have a site created as per the attached specifications. I am looking to have the attached site created, please bid cost and turnaround time -- as I am a web developer myself, please be realistic with your bids, both in terms of cost and turnaround time. I can do this site myself, but am overloaded with my other projects right now and looking to sub one project out to another developer. I'm looking for someone who can have at least the major points of this site, the main template with CMS capability, up and running in just a day or two. If the other components take a little longer, that is fine -- I can handle that. Please check my feedback -- You will find very good notes about me as a buyer, you WILL get paid. I do NOT do Escrow -- I have had several developers bail on me, and it takes an unbelievably long amount of time to get your money back from escrow should that happen. I prefer all work to be done on my server. If you prefer to work on your server for security, I will require you to allow me to point a domain to your server so that my clients can monitor the progress without seeing you. Again, my preference is the first of those two options.
