Back end database and HTML templates for Web Site

Create database back end for www.findyourcommmunity.com. We are a small marketing company outsourcing the database design and html template implementation for this small real estate web site. We need some to do the following: 1) Create mySQL database to hold information as it appears on the current [login to view URL] site. Both text and images must be in the database. 2) Create PHP pages that display the data as is currently displayed on [login to view URL] 3) Create password protected back end controls that allow the addition, deletion and changing of home data in an easy to use format. Also must allow photos to be uploaded and displayed. If you can have the photos resize appropriately on the fly that’s a bonus! 4) You must use PHP, mySQL technology. We can provide all images, access to our server, etc. This is coding only. The graphic design for this site is complete as you can see from the static site. We do about 20 of these a year, so there is long term opportunity for the right programmer.
