Basic Website Design/Development

I need a website made - a simple hassle-free website - with about 4-5 basic pages. The category is casual clothing (both men/women). 1. Home page - Need a banner slider to show multiple images that change every few seconds. - A few small boxes under the banner that will link to specific pages/Facebook box etc. 2. About Us - A combination of some text, a couple of headings and an image or two. 3. Contact Us - Simple and basic. A form that, when submitted, sends an email to my backend address. If possible, a log/database be maintained as well. 4. Submit Suggestions - Similar to a contact form. Additional requirement would be the ability to upload a file (image formats). When submitted, an email to be sent to my backend address. If possible, a log/databse be maintained as well. 5. Shop - Just need to add a code widget. THIS IS NOT AN E-COMMERCE WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. Other Stuff - Facebook page 'LIKE' buttons, activity feed etc. embedding on to various pages. Other social media handles as well - Twitter, YouTube. - 'Subscribe to newsletter' form. The user can input their email address and a couple of other fields (name, city etc). DESIGN ELEMENTS: - The logo is in use right now, though any re-branding recommendations are also welcome. - There is no specific color theme restriction for the website. But avoid dark color backgrounds. Simple, light and clutter-free should be the feel and look. Overall, the website should be easy to manage. The images/banners and text should be easily changeable. The links as well should be easy to add/remove/disable temporarily etc. Should be search-engine friendly and should not take long to load. In case of any questions, feel free to ask.
