Beautiful looking website needed!

Hi there, here's an overview of what I need: - NO BACKEND NEEDED. - Beautiful & graphically stunning looking website (I will provide a layout document, you do the rest), must be SEO friendly. - Home page (with image scroller), Contact page, About Page, FAQ Page, Terms and Conditions Page, Blog page (i'll provide the wordpress blog, you apply the theme, Publisher Registration Page (you don't need to create anything other than the design and basic coding for this one, i'll add in the forms etc), Advertiser page, Publisher login & Advertiser login page (again you just need to do the design for it, i'll add in the forms). - Great logo design & promotional materials (at least 1 banner, logo icon etc.) Essentially it's a just a frontend website with no admin panel, no user panel etc. Pretty simple. YOU MUST send me your portfolio. Freelancer must be: - A great thinker and someone who can input his/her own ideas. - Dependable and honest. - Fluent in English. - A hard worker who can complete tasks in a timely manner. - Someone that can deliver not only a website, but a product/brand.
