Blog Hosting website with adsense

I am looking forward to create a website that will offer free blog hosting or personal webpage hosting. The users must be able to register themselves very easily (should be extremely easy) and their blog page url should be their username.domain.com. Users who have already registered should be given a panel whereby they can edit, delete, modify their webpages and can have as many pages as they wish. Users should not be able to post adsense and other revenue generating content. The site must also allow for a chat service between online users. My adsense should be shown automatically on the pages of the users. A mximum of 2-3 adsense per page. On the administration panel I should be able to view several statistics such as storage space used per user..number of page visits per user..number of unique visits per user, last login of user, etc. . I should also be given a penal whereby i can administer my adsense codes. Your proposals are also welcomed. There is also an opportunity for a full time job as webmaster once the project is up and running sucessfully. You will be responsible to fully develop the website and get it working on my server with my domain name. Also you need to set up the adsense integration. If someone has a similar existing solution that needs little customaisation, just let me know. thnaks
