Build my website (including SEO+AdSense)

I need you to create a website (theme is financial education), including creating a design concept and implementing an easy to use CMS. A good amount of material is already available to post (18 high quality articles). Once the site is built, I need you to SEO optimise the content in order to drive AdSense traffic, including optimising the placement/design of the AdSense on the page. Regular maintenance and optimisation work will be available to the winning bidder on mutual consent. Show me proof of your previous work. A full design/content plan and overview must be provided and agreed upon before commencing the project. I do not pay stage payments – don’t bid if this is a problem.
