Business Website for a plumbing company

Only CSS may be used in the creation of the website, the visual design that i'll give for each page is what you'll be pretty much designing. Once it's done, I need it all to be zipped, pictures and all and sent to my email. As the name said, it's for a plumbing company called Sydney Express Plumbing. It has to be clean, simple and informative with contact details displayed all the way through. The website brief is the following: - You are to implement advanced csss in the form of a separate css file - this needs to be submitted to me in a minified and gzipped format - Advanced css - making use of css 3 properties that have been finalised by w3c. Website should be tested against the following browsers: On PC: firefox 13, Internet explorer 9, apple safari and opera On Mobile: Opera mobile, safari(iphone), chrome(android), i.e (windows 7.5 phone) - the code should be validated using the w3c validator - if you are using dreamweaver this is fine but this output should be as per 23c standards - the code should be submitted as a zip file containing html, php(if any), images (preferably png) - Don't use flash - the html and css elements should look appropriate at different resolutions The website should be attractive and modern, yet not in your face - this is a website promoting a business. If stuck with selecting appropriate colours, reuse the ones from the logo. The written work (contact information and such) will be done by myself, so information for where i can write my things will need to be given also. If you're interested, i'll send a few photos/wireframes and breakdowns outlining the visual designs/navigations of the website and of how I want each page to look.
