I need someone to develop a cash back website like [login to view URL] This website will be running on Joomla. I need some specific feature like : - Track each click offer offers. - List all transactions made by each users on their profile - list all transactions in backend by merchand. - automatic "refer a member" offer - Dealers section with report of orders The website has to be easy to surf/understand with great reading of all offer. Also need a header/logo designed for the blog. Need a help section with a free software like livezilla.
