Change HTML site to WordPress (quick & easy)

Need a quick change from using a static HTML version of our site to using the same layout/content/images in a wordpress version. You need to send at least 3 examples of wordpress sites you've setup, the site that we are going to move over to wordpress is here: [login to view URL] Its not fully finished but all the pages are created, the layout is created, images are created, so just need this html template put into a wordpress theme. So that we can edit the homepage, edit the internal pages, use a wordpress form/email/appointment booking widget (you're choice) Overall very basic and very easy, can be setup on [login to view URL] domain as that will be changed to another domain once the wordpress system is setup. Ideally we like this to be done this weekend or within the next 72 hours...
