Children's Books Online - Website

I'm looking to have a website built that will have my children's stories on them. I'm going to write and have someone illustrate my stories, and then I need to be able to upload these stories to my website. People will be able to come to the site and read the stories similar to how you would read them as an app. You can turn the page, see animation, here audio that goes with that story, have the story read to you, etc (if there's any), etc. It should seem like you're reading a book, just online. I want this site to have a fully functional admin, where I can add new stories, edit stories, edit all text on the site, all pages, order of pages, email, customize homepage, etc. I want these stories to be able to be viewed on iphones, ipads, and other Apple devices that don't show flash. So they can not be built in flash. The site will also need to be SEO friendly. I will need to be able to edit all SEO aspects of the site. Including tags, descriptions, titles, etc for every page and image/story. People will also be able to come and become members of the site. Once they are members they will be able to do many things. They will be able to upload drawings for certain stories, vote on which drawings they like the most, make comments, etc. The site will need to be secure.
