Clone Joomla Site

As you can see in the attached image the directory has the employees image and information below, what we need is on the top where it has the links to "Employee Directory" then Search, The next one should say "List" and then when a person clicks it it should create a list of the same employees without the picture but with all of their information in table format The current component is called Sobi Please let me know what you need to complete this task.
