Convert to joomla template

I am looking for someone convert static site to joomla template. (1) [login to view URL] (2) [login to view URL] The main color scheme would be the purple/gold as seen on the parenting site. The rounded corners are very important to have in the template, and it must be able to add rounded boxes in various colors (purple, gold, and green and peach) see above links for colors. This would have to be done very quickly, the template would be needed ASAP. We would need the template designer to be willing to help troubleshoot any problems/issues/bugs that may arise concerning the template.
