Copy a vBulletin Forum to another Forum (after using plagiarism)

Hi! I want a simple code to populate my forum from a target forum. What I want is to copy all the data from the target forum to my forum (this copy should be on recurring basis, as in copy all new threads from the forums everyday), with a help of a BOT. Coping should include: 1) All the posts/threads, 2) Posted on my forum from the same username (although the same won't be registered on my forum), 3) Date should remain the same. 4) Copy should be done from corresponding forums and sub-forums on both the websites. 5) All the comments (and not just the first comment) should also be copied and pasted on my website. An option to use plagiarism should be included (which can be turned on and off). The text to be converted will be provided by me. The software should be capable of copying from multiple websites. Since the target websites may pose restriction on the IP (IP ban), I will host this php script and my vbulletin forum locally behind a dynamic IP to bypass this restriction. Admin settings should be easy navigable. Kindly note that there have been instances on freelancer where the developer asks for half of the payment in advanced without even starting working on the project. This is unacceptable for me, I am OK with milestone payments. For any further query, please PM.
