Create an Autoresponder with a Unique Code in the Email

Ok here what i need: We have this page: [login to view URL] A user enters there Email, First Name and Last Name. We need the form replacing so it posts the data into an sql database. When a user presses submit we want it to redirect to [login to view URL] 3 things we need: 1) We have 1000 codes that need to be stored in a database. When a user enters there email into the form it should send them an email which i will send you and in there we need 1 of the 1000 codes to show in the email. It is a voucher so it should only send to one customer and then the next voucher sends until all 1000 have sent. I will tell you the from name, the subject, the from email and the content of the email. 2) On the homepage it says "We have XXX vouchers left". We need XXX to show how many out of the 1000 codes are left in the database that havent been emailed. 3) When the 1000 codes have been used it should send the same email but where the code is displayed it should say "Sorry we have no codes at the moment" please try again later. An email address should only be allowed one code. If you can do this in an hour or 2 bid away :) 3)
