Create two wordpress responsive design template

I need to create 2 responsive wordpress pages, will post you the sample site. You need to design a responsive template and make that as wordpress page. It should follow w3 standards, should be tested in w3checker and fix if there are any issues. Load time should be less to make it SEO friendly. I want a clean HTML, CSS with sliders, popups.
