Custom designed worpress news portal with custom designed poll system

We need a custom design built wordpress news portal site with the option to set up polls for each article/post. The poll system has some whistles and bells like: results can be sorted based on age, gender, state , city other parameters by the users,which we will capture while registering the users. User registration is through Facebook and general sign up. Invitation of friends through fb and other social plugins. As usual multiple categories and sub categories. options to control featured articles, side articles from same category, side bar with top articles rom all categories and all those features that a blog has. I know all these are just plugins but still mentioning. Its just like anny other news portal wordpress blog but custom design and a the differentiation actor with the site will be the polls that we will discuss in detail. Will give you all the layouts in jpg or psd as you wish. The project will be a continuous one as we will be adding one feature after other and you should keep this in mind while developing so as to make it easy to add additional features. I'm a web business analyst working with multiple clients .
