Customize ILance based auction site

Hello everyone, We are looking for a person who has web development skills and a bit of design; by this we are referring to PHP, MYSQL and HTML5,CSS3,JS. In regards to the web development part, we currently employ a paid auction site framework, namely Ilance, it would be preferable if you have had previous experience with this but this is not mandatory as the system is not really complex and should be easily understandable for anyone who has worked a bit with PHP frameworks and/or OOP concepts; from our point of view (and maybe others :) ), web development is split within two subsets: backend and frontend, therefore we will be covering these topics next. The backend system has already been implemented, it provides a lot of functionality such as a templating engine, user/auction management, CMS, etc. However, it is (mostly) missing support for AJAX and it does not have a proper MVC structured design, we are looking to: 1) create an AJAX controller, which will act as an action router and that is going to handle the registration/login, auction listing/bidding, user messaging/feedback systems; 2) each of the aforementioned systems should be implemented (or re-implemented) using a simplistic MVC approach. As with the backend, the frontend is already in place but does require re-implementation, especially in regards to the above mentioned systems (see 1); we are going for a mobile friendly website (responsive design) and we would like this to be done using Twitter's Bootstrap, JQuery and last but not least AngularJS (if need be). Additionally, in terms of design, we need a proper landing page, the site's footer and header (including search bar), product description page and the user account page also need to be adjusted. We can provide you with example websites, that we find most appealing, but if you have something in mind don't hesitate to let us know.
