1) I need to develop a website like [login to view URL] with all its features but capable of handling DICOM files, as well as JPG, PNG, PPT, PDF, and Videos. 2) This involves developing a PACS system capable of handling DICOM files in order for the members of my website being able to import and export DICOM files for teaching library for public members to view them, and work with these files for better visualisation. In order to get better understanding of the required feature of this PACS system, have a look at the OSIRIX program for mac, which is freely available. My PACS system needs to be similar to OSIRIX program for MAC but capable to be used by Windows as well.
