I have worked on Several DotNetNuke e-commerce sites and a couple of standard marketing sites. Would be easily able to meet your requirements and have worked with DNN/ DotNetNuke since 5.0 and consider myself very adept and working with, installing and configuring it. I am also experienced in writing bespoke modules etc. if required. I have worked with a range of third party skins, modules etc for DNN and would have no problem working with 2SexyContent.
