Design and develop website & database from scratch

Thank you for visiting. I need help designing, developing and building a website with a database. I will explain it below, but I am deliberately being very vague on the project in itself for the time being and until I choose a worker...for obvious reasons. Please read on. My company name, URL and logo are in place. It is now time to get a website built to launch. I need an attractive and relatively flashy (not with flash) website design with a built in "locator" database with fully functioning back end. By locator I mean a visitor needs to be able to input/search an address and results will appear via what is placed into my back end of the database. There are some features I'll need to be displayed with the searched results that we can discuss...nothing overly complicated (I hope). In total, I only need about 5 content pages outside of the searchable database. Please message me with your credentials and how soon you can have the project completed. *IMPORTANT* - I want this done right, and MY way (not to sound demanding). THEREFORE, if you are not into doing several revisions and working with me on customizing the site throughout, PLEASE do not bid or contact me. I don't expect this to be an overnight job. Thank you!
