Design me a directory website

I want a directory website using the script phpmydirectory 1. Design should be unique and very professional. 2. phpmydirectory branding should be removed from the front end and backend and use my own branding. 3. There should be multiple monetizing method. 4. The website user end should work fully automated. 5. The layout should mostly target for multiple advertising. 6. It should be fully branded in my website name only. 7. The design should look very eye catchy with web 2.0 graphics.
